Ingredients

  • 4
    tomatoes
  • 1
    red onion
  • 2 cloves of
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp.
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp.
    olive oil
  • 1 handful of
    fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes of about 1 cm and put them in a bowl.
  2. Chop the garlic and red onion into very small pieces. Combine with the tomatoes, and add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  3. Break the basil with your hands into small pieces and add to the bowl.
