Chocolate mousse with pecans
This chocolate mousse is perfect as a dessert. It is a simple recipe where the blender does all the work. Change it up with your favourite toppings, from frozen fruit to coconut flakes.

1 cupoat cream or soya cream

2avocados ripe

2 tspcocoa powder

1 tbspagave syrup

1/4 cuppecan nuts to serve

1/2 cupberries frozen, to serve
Instructions

Add the avocado, cocoa powder, agave syrup and cream to a blender and blend everything into a thick mousse.

Taste and add more cocoa powder or agave syrup as desired.

Serve with some pecan nuts and frozen berries.
