Chocolate Mousse

You don’t have to be a vegan to love this creamy, sweet, and very yummy chocolate mousse. Some might not even believe that this recipe is purely plant based. If a chocolate mousse is not quite right without a healthy spoonful of whipped cream, you’ll be glad to hear Alpro have now released a non-dairy alternative, which makes this plant-based dessert even more delicious.

The secret ingredient in this chocolate mousse? Tofu!

If you have a sweet tooth, simply up the sweetness with maple or agave syrup. If you like the rich, bittersweet taste of cocoa, add an extra spoonful. Serve this mousse with fresh fruits, such as bananas or strawberries, to create a truly luxurious dessert.
