Greek kebab wraps

  • 200 grams
    plant-based kebab strips (e.g. Vivera Greek Kebab)
  • 1
    bell pepper
  • 1
    red onion
  • 2
    Lebanese flatbreads
  • 50 grams
  • 25 grams
    greek olives sliced
  • 1/2 packet
    plant-based feta
  • plant-based garlic sauce or plant-based tzatziki
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Cut the red onions into thin rings and cut the bell peppers into strips.
  2. Heat the flatbreads in a dry frying pan, or in the oven on low heat, until soft and supple.
  3. Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan and fry the kebab strips with the bell pepper for 5 minutes, until hot and cooked through.
  4. Spread the garlic sauce on the flatbreads. Top them with the lettuce.
  5. Spoon the kebab and bell pepper mix on the centre of the flatbreads and top with the olives and vegan feta. Drizzle with extra garlic sauce and roll up to make a wrap.


Tip: Make your own plant-based garlic sauce by mixing vegan mayonnaise and yoghurt with finely chopped garlic, chives, and parsley.
