Ingredients
For the Dough

Instructions
Prepare the Dough:

Combine the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt In a mixing bowl.

Using your fingers add the margarine, rub it into the flour mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Add cold water gradually and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest while you prepare the filling.
Prepare the Filling:

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and garlic (if used) and sauté until translucent.

Add the Plant-based meat (Vchunks) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add the diced carrots and potatoes and continue to cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.

Season with curry powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Assemble the Vchunks Pies:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
