Ingredients
For the pastry:

Instructions
Prepare the pastry:

Combine the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Add the margarine, and use your fingers to rub it into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Add the cold water and mix until a dough forms gradually.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling:

Heat a little oil in a skillet and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Add the Vchunks and potatoes cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.

Add the curry powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add a little water and cook for another few minutes. Set aside to cool.
Prepare the Roll

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the chilled pastry dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.

Cut the rectangle into smaller rectangles.
