Chocolate mousse with pecan nuts
This chocolate mousse is perfect as a dessert. It is a simple recipe where the blender does all the work. Change it up with your favourite toppings, from frozen fruit to coconut flakes.
|1 cup||oat cream or soya cream|
|2 tsp||cocoa powder|
|1 tbsp||agave syrup|
|1/4 cup||pecan nuts to serve|
|1/2 cup||berries frozen, to serve|
Add the avocado, cocoa powder, agave syrup and cream to a blender and blend everything into a thick mousse.
Taste and add more cocoa powder or agave syrup as desired.
Serve with some pecan nuts and frozen berries.
