Greek kebab with potatoes and red bell peppers
|200 g||plant-based Greek kebab e.g. Vivera Plant Gyros|
|1 tbsp||gyros seasoning|
|2||red bell peppers|
|400 g||precooked potato wedges|
- Prep Time: 25 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan, add the kebab pieces, and fry for 5 minutes.
Chop the onions roughly and cut the red peppers into strips.
Add the onion, red bell peppers, potato wedges, and herbs to the pan.
Stir-fry for about 15 minutes, and season with salt and pepper if desired.
