Greek kebab with potatoes and red bell peppers

200 gplant-based Greek kebab e.g. Vivera Plant Gyros
2 red onions
1 tbspgyros seasoning
2 red bell peppers
400 gprecooked potato wedges
1 tbspoil
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes

    Heat the oil in a pan, add the kebab pieces, and fry for 5 minutes.

    Chop the onions roughly and cut the red peppers into strips.

    Add the onion, red bell peppers, potato wedges, and herbs to the pan.

    Stir-fry for about 15 minutes, and season with salt and pepper if desired.
