People associate oatmeal with the winter time as you can eat it warm, with wintery spices like cinnamon. Oats traditionally grow in the green fields of the northern hemisphere. However, there is more than one way to eat your porridge. Time for a tropical alternative ...

Delicious and healthy tropical porridge

Tropical porridge is a great way to start your day. Oatmeal is nutritious and some say can help combat cholesterol and other health problems. Goji berries and nectarines are nutritious fruits. You can prepare your oats for the morning by letting them soak in water or plant-based milk overnight. By breakfast time, your porridge will be ready for you to eat.
