This week, the Free From section of shops and supermarkets is going to be your best friend, so make sure you aim straight for them when doing your weekly shop!

Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Asda have great dairy-free own-brand ranges and Waitrose has just launched a special vegan section, all of which will be dairy-free! Holland & Barrett, local health food shops and lots of small independent shops sell dairy-free alternatives, too. The options are endless and soon you will be an expert at spotting them!

Plant-based milk – Alpro, Oatly, Rice Dream, Almond Breeze, Rude Health, Good Hemp, Koko, Rebel Kitchen, supermarket own brands.

Yoghurt – Alpro, The Coconut Collaborative, Coyo, Nush, Tesco Free From Yoghurts
