Smoky Sausage and Mushroom Goulash

60 goil

650 gonions thinly sliced

500 gmushrooms sliced

15 gsweet smoked paprika

400 mlvegetable stock

850 gwhite bean sauce
-
400 gplant-based sausages cooked and chopped

6 gcornflour
Instructions

Heat oil and add onions.

Cook on low heat for 15 minutes until soft and lightly brown.

Add mushrooms and cook for a further 3-5 minutes until tender.

Add smoked paprika and stock. Stir well to combine.

Add white bean sauce and sausages and bring to a simmer.

Mix the cornflour with an equal volume of cold water and add to the sauce.

Return to a simmer and cook for 3minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
