Smoky Sausage and Mushroom Goulash

This recipe is a real one-pot wonder, easy-to-make and absolutely delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Servings: 10 children
  • 60 g
    oil
  • 650 g
    onions thinly sliced
  • 500 g
    mushrooms sliced
  • 15 g
    sweet smoked paprika
  • 400 ml
    vegetable stock
  • 850 g
    white bean sauce
  • 400 g
    plant-based sausages cooked and chopped
  • 6 g
    cornflour

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and add onions.

  2. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes until soft and lightly brown.

  3. Add mushrooms and cook for a further 3-5 minutes until tender.

  4. Add smoked paprika and stock. Stir well to combine.

  5. Add white bean sauce and sausages and bring to a simmer.

  6. Mix the cornflour with an equal volume of cold water and add to the sauce.

  7. Return to a simmer and cook for 3minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
