For the cake

115 gSweet potato cooked and mashed

60 gCocoa powder

360 mlPlant-milk

1 tspApple cider vinegar

80 mlOil

50 gBeetroot cooked and grated

120 gSugar

180 gSelf-raising flour

1 tspBicarbonate of soda

1 tspBaking powder
For the frosting

120 gSweet potato cooked and mashed

70 gCocoa powder

2 tbspPlant-milk
-
2 tbspMaple syrup or agave nectar
Instructions
For the cake

Add the ingredients into a bowl and combine to form a batter.

Pour into a lined brownie tin and bake for 45 – 50 minutes on 180, in the centre of the oven.
For the frosting
-
Add the ingredients into a food processor (or hand whisk) and mix to combine.

Add the frosting to the cooled cake.
