This easily prepared vegan parmesan consists of only four ingredients. It perfectly fits with pizza, pasta and everything else for which you would usually use parmesan. Cashews and nutritional yeast flakes are the key components.

3 tbspnutritional yeast flakes
3/4 tspsea salt
1/4 tspgarlic powder
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and process until the parmesan is finely chopped.
