Chocolate mousse with pecans

This chocolate mousse is perfect as a dessert. It is a simple recipe where the blender does all the work. Change it up with your favorite toppings, from frozen fruit to coconut flakes.

  • 1 cup
    oat cream or soy cream
  • 2
    avocados ripe
  • 2 tsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp
    agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup
    pecans to serve
  • 1/2 cup
    berries frozen, to serve


  1. Add the avocado, cocoa powder, agave syrup, and cream to a blender and blend everything into a thick mousse.

  2. Taste and add more cocoa powder or agave syrup as desired.
  3. Serve with some pecans and frozen berries.
