Guacamole originally comes from Mexico. This creamy avocado dish goes perfectly with chips! Avocados are the main ingredient, along with tomatoes, onions, garlic, lemon or lime juice, pepper, cilantro, and other herbs. It goes well with just about any meal – tacos, pasta, potatoes, in a wrap, or on bread. Guacamole tastes so fantastic you could just enjoy it by itself!

However, guacamole should probably not be made every day of the week. Avocados may be delicious, but avocado farming is very demading on the environment and consumes a lot of natural resources. D
