7 ozplant-based shawarma if you can't find this, other options include plant-based chicken strips or seitan seasoned to your liking with paprika, liquid smoke, soy sauce, and maple syrup

7 oztomato cubes

1 tspItalian herb blend
Instructions

Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.

Chop the onion, crush the garlic, clean the red pepper and cut into cubes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the shawarma and stir-fry on high heat for 6 minutes.

Add the red pepper and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Drain the rice.

Add the tomato cubes, rice and Italian herbs.

Season with salt and pepper if desired, and serve on plates.
