Corn flakes with hazelnut milk

Are you in too much of a morning rush to make yourself a nice breakfast? Cornflakes to the rescue! This breakfast is on the table within one minute and will fill you up thanks to its high-fibre content. There are many different types of cornflakes (just check that they are vegan) and you can, of course, choose a different plant milk, for example almond milk or soya milk.

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 250 ml
    hazelnut milk
  • 50 g
    cornflakes

Instructions

  1. If you like, heat up the hazelnut milk and serve with the cornflakes. It’s great with a glass of juice or a cup of coffee on the side.

Notes

Tip: add some fresh fruit to your cornflakes with hazelnut milk, for example some sliced banana and pieces of kiwi or pear.
