It’s a versatile accompaniment to a whole variety of different meals – with tacos, pasta, potatoes, in a wrap, or on bread. Guacamole tastes so fantastic you could just enjoy it by itself!

The controversial debate about avocados

However, guacamole should not be made every day of the week. Avocados may be delicious, but avocado farming makes a lot of demands on the environment and consumes a lot of natural resources. Delivering avocados worldwide contributes to a global carbon footprint, so we suggest eating avocados only on special occasions and not on a daily basis.
