Avocado toast with bacon pieces

Ingredients

  • 4 slices
    bread
  • 200 g
    fresh baby spinach
  • 75 g
    plant-based bacon e.g. Vivera Plant Bacon Pieces
  • 2
    avocados
  • 8
    cherry tomatoes
  • ½
    red onion
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices in the toaster.
  2. Fry the plant-based bacon in a little oil in a frying pan for 6 minutes.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and cut into thin strips.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and the onion into thin half-rings.
  5. Place the spinach on the toast, then cover with the avocado, tomatoes, onion, and bacon.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
