Easy baked doughnuts
It's hard to say no to a good doughnut. Instead of sit around and wonder where you can get one, you can just make some delicious ones at home! This is now possible with this easy-to-make recipe that can be made in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Servings: 12 doughnuts

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups
    all-purpose flour
  • ½ cups
    agave nectar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 pinch(es)
    salt
  • 1 dash(es)
    cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • ¾ cups
    soy milk or preferred plant milk
  • 1 tsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • ¼ cups
    applesauce
  • ¼ cups
    coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook them over medium-low heat until it starts steaming (about 2 to 3 minutes)
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixtures together and mix them until you form a soft dough.
  5. Scoop the dough into a non-stick doughnut pan and bake for about 12 minutes.
  6. Done! Let the doughnuts cool completely and decorate with melted chocolate or other preferred toppings.
