Ingredients

Servings: 2 people
  • 1
    banana
  • 1
    pear
  • 2
    kiwis
  • 3 ⅓ cups
    spinach
  • cup
    strawberry
  • ¼ cup
    almonds
  • 1 tbsp
    flaxseed broken or freshly grounded

Instructions

  1. Put the flaxseed in a small bowl. Add two to three tablespoons of water for one tablespoon of flaxseeds. Set aside for five minutes.

  2. Peel the banana, pear, and one kiwi fruit, and chop into pieces.
  3. Mix the chopped fruit together with the spinach in a blender (or in a bowl if using a hand blender).
  4. Blend until smooth. Add a little water if it does not mix well.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the strawberries and the remaining kiwi into small pieces and chop the almonds finely.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with the fruit and the linseed.
